Viggle Interviews Silicon Valley Bet’s Creator: Merging Humor and Tech with Viggle AI

Follow Silicon Valley Bet on Instagram.

Viggle: It’s great to meet you! Can you share a bit about your background and how you ended up creating Silicon Valley Bet?

Silicon Valley Bet: Absolutely. I’m law student based in Melbourne, and I also run my own small business part-time. I’ve only got two classes left to graduate, so I’m getting close! I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of tech, AI, finance, and just…fun. I started Silicon Valley Bet as a way to keep up with all the latest news in a way that’s entertaining. When Sam Altman or another tech giant raises a ton of money, I’ll create a funny, dance-based meme around it. It’s a mix of humor and news, which people seem to really enjoy.

I launched the account on Instagram back in May or June, and it’s already grown to 13k followers. I actually have three other accounts, too. One of them is focused on sustainability and has attracted quite a bit of attention on both sides of the conversation.

Viggle: That’s amazing growth in such a short time! How did you first discover Viggle, and what made you start using it?

Silicon Valley Bet: I first came across Viggle with the Lil Yachty video where people were swapping in every tech CEO and founder. I thought it was hilarious, but I didn’t really start using it until the app launched. Once I had the app, I began creating memes around trending news and swapped in characters based on who was relevant that day. If a tech CEO was making headlines, I’d throw them into a funny scenario—it’s super simple but really effective.

Viggle: It sounds like you’ve developed a unique style with Viggle. What do you think is the best use case for the app?

Silicon Valley Bet: For me, Viggle is perfect for creating quick, shareable content. I can make a meme in under a minute and post it instantly. For anyone starting a social media account, my advice is to create with Viggle, post fast, and see what resonates. It’s great for funny, lighthearted content—like putting your face on Kevin Hart during a comedy skit and sharing it with friends. Viggle’s simplicity is a huge advantage.

Viggle: Any thoughts on the app’s development?

Silicon Valley Bet: Viggle isn’t quite at the professional, polished stage yet, which is fine because it’s perfect for comedy and entertainment. That’s where its strength lies right now. For anyone looking to create engaging, funny content that can go viral, Viggle is ideal.

Viggle: Thank you for sharing your journey with us! It’s inspiring to see how you’ve used Viggle to grow Silicon Valley Bet and connect with your audience. We can’t wait to see what hilarious tech memes you come up with next!
